More importantly to the question, it’s improbable that any of the current one-loss teams doesn’t get another loss.
If our one loss is to Utah, it means we beat ASU and eliminated one of those one-loss contenders (the only one left on our schedule).
Yes, any game could mean the difference to having a historically-great season. But at this point the Utah game is less important than ASU in terms of making the CCG. It’s one game, but it’s not going to be the most important game this season and it’s not going to make or break the season.
And it’s very unlikely that any one game keeps us from the CCG. It would most likely take two losses.
