if BYU's one loss is to a team that Iowas State beat, then ISU would be in.
and BYU would be in with the win over K-State.
So, UCF, Utah, Kansas State, Kansas, Baylor are all common opponents. Whoever has the better record in those 5 games would win the tie-breaker.

BYU would win the tiebreaker. The B12 has a tiebreaker procedure for multiple teams
