Problem is a lot of billers aren’t exactly good at billing.

I’ve been on both the provider and payer sides for over twenty years combined. Plenty of blame to go around but also a lot of exaggerations or outliers presented as the norm.

There are bad payers out there like there are bad providers. It isn’t unique to one or the other. DMEs are among the worst providers so this comment is kind of humorous to me.
