that they are extremely dependent on having the best relationship possible with IHC.. as if that relationship goes south they are screwed.
Usually BYU has a lot of control in what they do but they really don’t here. I’m sure it’ll be fine but IHC will always do what best serves IHC so it’s important to have people initially with relationships and know the inner politics of that corporation.
Main problem with IHC is not the relationship of who you start with there.. it’s how is that relationship going to be when the next wave is of executives and administrators they bring goes especially with the agendas they have.
