Might be a bit advanced, but this book provides an excellent guide to thinking rationally and avoiding cognitive bias. Virtually every business/economics/psychology book I've read in the past decade has an obligatory section dedicated to recapping this book. Hard to think of a more influential book in that space in the last 15 years.
