They recently added the club 22 box seat thing in the north east corner, more of those need to be build in the remaining corners maybe even stacked on top of each other to fit in as many as possible. That way the corners are filled in physically and aesthetically but with club/lounge seating rather than bleachers.

That would keep the original shape of the stadium but add amenities and bring in profit.

Totally agree on rebuilding the press box on the west side, maybe even one that wraps around and lines the top of the north and south stands. And some kind of nice exterior would be nice.
