The loudest stadium I've ever experienced was Kyle Field.
100k fans and the sidelines have sound reflectors (roofs) to capture sound inside. I recommend ear plugs there and you'll still hear everything without a problem.

LES is top 3 out west when comes to loudness. Possibly the loudest out west.
