I really don’t understand the decision to play Rising on Friday nor do I understand this explanation that they allowed him to decide when he clearly wasn’t ready. 🤷‍♂️

The whole thing is very odd. I might understand the decision if they didn’t have anyone else. But it appears that Wilson is a serviceable (albeit new) quarterback who was ready to go. So play him instead and tell the Media you were hopeful Rising would be ready, but that it’s just going to take more time if he’s going to come back and play.
