Memories of 2021 and 2022 and the expected return of Rising, Bernard, and Kuithe
These are the same poll voters that put a 4 loss Utah team 7 spots ahead of a 3 loss BYU that had beat Utah in the final 2021 poll. So it's understandable there is some mental or logic deficiency in evaluating rankings for many experts.
