I've actually started in that direction three times: The first doctor I saw was
an 80-year-old urologist who said treatment might not make any difference, so he advised against it. The second place was a "Men's Clinic," where I met with a gym-bro doc who launched immediately into a sales pitch and a treatment plan, and he wanted me to come back EVERY WEEK for my shot. Not a chance, bruh. Whole place gave me the wrong vibes, so I then just went to my family doctor. He wanted to make sure my Low T wasn't caused by my crappy sleep (and not the other way around), so I gave a CPAP a try for a nightmare month (after many more months of hurdles just to get the machine.)

Through all of that, I was also just concerned about the potential long-term side effects of testosterone therapy. I keep thinking if I can just get more sleep, eat better, and get in better shape...But the energy and motivation just aren't there.

So here I am, another year older and still with Low T.
