Improve on offense. JR is doing what he needs to win but it’s not always crisp.

Based on what I’ve seen so far JR’s issues can be fixed with experience. His bad throws are generally within 20yds and are inaccurate due to pressure or bad timing. When he gets more comfortable with the game and the offense this team could be elite.
