don't want to make. That is the definition of an addiction. A lot of people don't realize their predisposition to something addictive until it is too late. For these reasons, addicts for most forms of addiction are considered victims. There is obviously still fault and responsibilities, but I wouldn't be so harsh just because you don't share someone else's predispositions. So, "sad"? Yes. "Gross"? Yes, in regards to those who trade on the weaknesses of others.
