Based on attending the scrimmage and hearing Halls comments on BYU Sports
Nation, I think Dallin is going to play off the ball more this year. He will still be a ball handler and run offense at times, but so will Egor (more position-less type of thing).

I think Hall will be most successful if he hits his open looks and continues with the little things he does so well as a leader (ball security, competitivness, etc).

Egor is different looking out there. He’s so long and he’s quick. You can tell why NBA scouts think his ceiling is high.

Halls post scrimmage comments were awesome in my view and shows what a tremendous leader he is…. He says coach brought in the right players and they have NBA level talent, and that his job is to fill his role for the team the best he possibly can. That was music to my ears. The combination of maturity and returning experience combined with the new talent can’t be understated.

Hall and Demin will go well together on the court in my view. There will be a lot of combinations that go well together on this team.

Can’t wait to see it grow.

Go Cougs 💪🤙🏼
