This is probably common knowledge,
but this helped me a lot.
I used to get calf cramps often. They can be very painful. This always helped me and you can do it without assistance from others.
Sit down. Reach out and grab the toes of the leg with the calf cramp. Pull back on the toes and the cramp will go away.
Potassium helps prevent cramps. So foods like bananas may help or possibly potassium pills. Good luck! I can empathize with your pain.
