I don’t think KY’s pitch is “come to BYU and you will be one and done.” It might be for some, but not all. Rather, it’s
“Come to BYU and play in an NBA system. You’ll be coached by NBA coaches, train like NBA players, and you’ll be in an environment where it’s all about basketball.” It might take 2-3 years, but you’ll be ready for the NBA.
If you’re a raw player with NBA potential, that’s a great pitch.
