distracted while driving. I assume it’s texting/looking at their phone, but people are drifting out of their lanes all over. I’ve had to move out of their way multiple times to avoid an accident. Last week a guy driving south on I-15 lost the cover for the bed of his truck because he didn’t secure it, then moved from the fast lane to the far right lane in one movement and almost hit me. Then alternated between driving in the right most lane and the emergency lane until he jerked quickly into his own lane and barely missed hitting a parked car.

I pulled up next to him at a stop light when we got off the freeway, but he was too busy looking at his phone to notice I was staring at him.
