I feel like I see more than just 1/10 as well that are looking at their phones
when they are driving.
Full disclosure, I am using my phone when I am in the car, but it is mostly just putting on a podcast to listen to for the drive. There are times when I am stopped at a light I will check my phone, but I make it a point to never do anything with my phone while in the act of driving the car.
