traditional W/L record. And having the most points isn't due to having 1 or 2 really good weeks and 3 bad weeks. I've been pretty consistent with my scores from week to week. I would be 7th place out of 12 teams in spite of being the highest scoring team. This league, however, does the points vs median as well so even though I'd be 7th place with traditional records, I'm actually sitting in 2nd place instead.
