That rule (at least how it was called in that game) was too inflexible. Players should be afforded the chance to show a bit of emotion when celebrating.

I have no problem with a rule that penalizes a player for slowing the game down for excessive celebration. I just didn't think Locker's was that big of a deal under the emotional circumstances.
