being made up as they went along by multiple different people while trying to insert a bunch political and social justice nonsense. It was about the worst way they could have handed it. The Timothy Zahn books would have been awesome. They probably wouldn't have followed it very closely, but incorporated a lot of the characters and a few story lines. I think that would have been fine. Lucas already had a storyline for the last three episodes as well, but i'm not sure what the what would have been like. I'm sure it would have also been much better.
