I get it, we're accustomed to access, especially at BYU. We have our own TV station with TV shows devoted to the sports on campus. The social media presence is so high, and there is a lot of content. Yet, there is no pleasing some of the fans. A scrimmage not televised "stinks." Canceling the planned broadcast is a "misunderstanding of the nature of the institution and the nature of the constituencies," but the outrage is not a misunderstanding by some fans of all that BYU is trying to do to be inclusive to our worldwide fanbase?
Really, this is an incredible response to a scrimmage not being televised.
