If I could talk to the players: Yeah dude, lemme let you in on something. God isn't telling you to abandon your teammates MID-SEASON and leave them to scramble and make up for your unexpected departure. You are really screwing them over and throwing away their hard work. This isn't a vacuum.

Off-season fine, given the current rules/environment, but this mid-season crap is really just too much and demonstrates a total lack of character. A one season commitment isn't too much to ask.
