The Expanse series is fantastic Sci Fi - and the show is really good too.
There's a great overarching plot to the whole series, and it's written in almost 3 trilogies. It's definitely a great read, and one where everything isn't spelled out for you and you need to make some connections yourself to truly appreciate it.
The TV is awesome in that way as well. You actually have to pay attention as you watch because it does NOT lay everything out for you, in a good way.
