What about the 7 at large bids?
Are at large bids not based on polls? Are you only interested in conference championships? Don’t care about all the other benefits and pride of excellence?
Saying you don’t care about the polls seems odd to me. They are a great way to measure the progress of your team and the perception of your brand.
