At this point, no one in the SEC outside of Texas has a resume to be top 5. Bama beat Georgia but lost to Vandy who
couldn't beat Georgia State.
Georgia lost to Bama and barely beat UK. The same UK that beat an Ole Miss team who has beat exactly no one of consequence.
Tennessee beat NC State, but then Clemson beat State by more. They struggled to beat an underwhelming Oklahoma and then lost to Arkansas who couldn't beat a bad Oklahoma State team.
Mizzou was good enough to get smashed by A&M today and eek out a win in 2OT at home vs Vandy.
Even Texas struggled last week to beat a bad Mississippi State team. LSU is meh, SC is just bad, Auburn is woof.
Point is, the SEC could be really strong. But they could be also be no better than the B1G (which says very little outside of tOSU or Oregon) or the B12.
