first session. However, even without that, I've stopped stressing about hearing every talk a few years ago. I used to get so worked up if the kids weren't listening or we had houseguests distracting us or whatever. Instead, I just try my best, hear what I can and listen/feel for inspiration. Then, once the talks are split out on the app, I'll listen to one a morning until I get through it all. Stress is way down and comprehension/retention of the talks is way up for me.
