There are definitely players getting major minutes who are not playing at the level of a College Cup team. The defense needs a huge upgrade and 2 players on missions could be that if they return to form, not a guarantee.

Your point about players not necessarily making a huge improvement after years of play rings true. Some players are at their ceiling in high school and there is no way to tell until 3 years into a college career and they are no better than high school.

That worries me. I also worry that we have players who seem...disinterested based on lack of effort consistently. Lots of areas for Rockwood and Co to work their magic.
