ROC early entrance starts just over 3 hours before game time. Last ROC entry time starts an hour later (about 15 minutes before everyone else is allowed to enter). This is accomplished by a special entrance for the ROC. Probably 80-90% of the ROC are in their seats before all the other entrances open and non ROC tickets won’t work in the ROC entrance until the other gates open.

Seat saving is technically not allowed, but not enforced. Had about 10 people standing in about 7 seats of space right in front of us at the KState game.
