And I would go insane if you told me in 1984 that it would take BYU almost
40 years from the national championship to finally get into big time football (power conference).
What's happening right now is great, but we still need to find out whether this is the beginning of a legitimate contender, or just a one-off "special season", or, heaven forbid, a repeat of last year.
