I feel like college level QB talent rarely translates to NFL QB talent
Some of the best NFL QB's were not elite college QBs and some of the best college QBs fall flat on their face in the NFL. It's always been perplexing to me.

No. He never had the arm. He was successful at Utah because he was a gamer who could make something out of a broken play
