And, Memphis will expect a better offer from the PAC than $2.5M of the exit fee
When the PAC comes back with a $12M+ pro rata media deal and $10M+ towards the exit fee, Memphis will accept and clearly separate the PAC from the rest of the G6...and give the PAC its pick at other AAC and G6 schools down the road.
