BYU Baseball SUUUCKS at recruiting LDS baseball talent. Tarik is a bit surprising since he's in their breadbasket (Northern Arizona), but they just don't have their act together in connecting with LDS players that want to play for them.  Even when they come to the camps and play at the same Perfect Game tournaments where BYU sends scouts.  It's like they have eyes for just one or two predetermined players and miss out on the rest.
