SEC and Big 10 teams. It's not a perfect system but I do like the guarantee of two for the Big 12, and that's much easier to do under a 14 team format if the SEC and the Big 10 are guaranteed three instead. Look the SEC and the Big ten want assurances. The Big 12 as well as ACC should also have some assurances. This is called compromise and meet in the middle.
