That was my response too.
I kind of pushed him on it a little, and he insisted "No, I talked to several friends, and independent of each other, and they all insisted that it went on while they were there and they knew people who did it."
OK. I know people who were there and who DIDN'T know anything about it, had never heard of it, much less know anyone who participated. But whatever.
