1) Our run blocking was pretty solid during the Allgieier years... it's how we closed out wins in 2021 and 2022 AFTER Grimes left

2) No one would question Grimes was a great OLine coach... that is his forte, but the discussion is whether or not he cuts it as an OC. He didn't at Baylor and now there's a repeat at Kansas. It's no secret ARod was calling a LOT of the plays when Grimes was at BYU.

Grimes would NEVER return to BYU as an OLine coach...his pride wouldn't let him... it's more likely he'd take that slot at an SEC team for the money. His days and aspirations of being a HC are over, and he'll never likely be OC again either... he's hit his ceiling.
