It was the very next season Johnson was out w an injury, right? And we REALLY struggled cuz he proved to be our ONLY
capable man-coverage Cornerback.
And THAT was against MWC talent we severely struggled in his absence.
This team, on the other hand, has so far weathered injuries to some seriously talented dudes in Bamba & Johnson.
Also, our guys can afford to go relentlessly hard every play, cuz they know they have the option to tap-out if they have to. Did Bronco's Corners EVER have that luxury?
