I feel Scalley really needed to leave and go prove himself somewhere else. I don’t think k he has the connections to get assistant coaches. I think his biggest weakness is his temperament. I don’t think he has it to be a head coach. He’s too petty. He will do stupid things as a head coach like give former players jobs or will be petty on something that hurts the team as a whole
