No. They lose today and all the rest of their games including against BYU. They
end the season 4-8 and are not bowl eligible. BYU goes undefeated into the playoffs either way. You are basically choosing between BYU beating Utah twice with Utah having an otherwise very successful season, or BYU beating Utah once with Utah sucking epically.
