offense looked so good in the 1st half and so helpless in the 2nd half.
It seemed to me that when things went sour in the 2nd half, Roderick basically gave up hoping to score. Luckily for him the defense was able to pull out the win.
Injuries happen to every team. You’re supposed to have guys that can step up. The O-Line didn’t seem to be able to do it.
I also felt that our defensive backs had a really bad day.
Credit the team for finding a way to win. Even if it was an ugly win we’re 5-0. We’ve also won a BigXll away game. Not small accomplishments.
However, our 2nd half “offensive” play may give me nightmares tonight.
