What’s the rule on that? We know that wouldn’t be a catch in the nfl. The expert said once a body part touches

with control then it’s a TD. I think maybe he had control when he hip/butt landed and it moved immediately after. So I don’t know

The hip counts as two feet in the NFL

Right he’d be in bounds but it wouldn’t have counted as “completing the process of the catch”.
