1. More Yellow/Red cards for diving (can be issued after the game or upon review).
2. For fouls in the box that are not immediate scoring threats (e.g. a guy running sideways at corner of box gets clipped) move the penalty kick back 5 yards or so.
3. Change the offside rule so that it is called only if a player has more than 50% of his body beyond the last player. These calls where a toe can be seen 1 cm offside, but only with a super-slow mo, are ridiculous.
