I am not saying the solution is to create artificial affordability. I think the evidence is very clear that prices have been artificially inflated.

I am simply stating that the problem is not isolated to larger nicer homes. If that were true, we would see increased affordability among smaller, older homes. That however is far from what we are actually seeing.
