rooms with a large entertaining area and kitchen. Pool out back with a playground. Fire pit, large patio and outdoor kitchen.

Surrounding the house will be a large metal building for a garage with a small apartment built into the second story. And then we'll have two small houses/bunkhouses built around the house for when kids visit with their families. They'll also be used as vacation rentals when nobody is visiting.

So the only house I have to take care of is the small main home. everything else stays shut and off until somebody comes to visit.
