No one middle class needs a 3 car garage. Keep proving you don't have any idea what middle class is or what people actually need. I don't live in St. George, but visit regularly (about once a year for the last decade plus). 1/3 of an acre is a massive yard for St. George. There may be a few neighborhoods in St. George that average 1/3 acre or more, but they are rare and NOT middle class. Also massive for almost anywhere not rural or fairly rural. I have lived all over Utah, California, Texas, in addition to all over Japan and NYC area. 1/3 of an acre is huge in all of the above. Bad, bad example. I have literally only lived in Urban areas for less than 4 years. And that counts the 2 years in NYC area where I lived well outside the city. Mostly suburbs for many decades.
