These are there HS rankings to be clear.
There are lots of teams that whiffed on Jack Kelly including BYU. Kelly(91), Lassiter(86) and Bagnah(86) all had much higher 247 transfer ratings at the time BYU got them
Our 3 best players(Chase, Kelly and Batty) all had a lot of options at the time they signed with BYU so weren't necessarily whiffs by anybody when they signed with BYU
