Intervention Needed
Two completely different cookers. Use the Traeger to smoke meat - ribs, brisket, pork butt.
Use the flat top for almost everything else: burgers, stir fry, breakfast, searing steak.
There's nothing quite like the taste of something that is cooked in it's own fat.

Fave is brisket but to branch out try some jerky, tri tip or smoked cream cheese

I've always wanted a pizza oven, but I found using the smoker as a poor-mans wood-fired oven works awesome.

Tri-tip is my fav. And I find it's incredibly easy and fast to smoke chicken breasts that even retain moisture through
