Doesn't that $25M exit fee become $10M if they wait to join until 2027?
My understanding is that the AAC has a 27 month notice requirement. If a team complies with it their buyout is only $10M. That seems like an easy solution. The PAC just has to find one more member for 2026 to get to 8.
