Looking into the issue with the word, from what I could tell was there was not much consensus on the actual meaning of the word and in most native languages, the similar term wasn’t derogatory at all.

I decided I’m going to just assume it was named with the worst possible interpretation in mind and update the term to modern American English, but soften it a bit with a phrase derived from treating the word as an acronym. I can’t divulge what that is here without this post staying around, but that’s what I call it now.
