Both the Pac-12 and MW are going to need schools to get to 8 full members.
I think the Pac-12 goes after Texas State first.
Could end up with both NMSU and UTEP in the MW so they have 8 full members and 9 football playing schools with Hawaii.
The nice thing is that leaves CUSA with 8 as well.
