that the two situations are not the same: being non-LDS in a LDS neighborhood certainly comes with its struggles (and is a place where many of us active LDS people could do better to be welcoming), and while I think Retzlaff probably sees his share of situations that stem from ill-informed or insensitive students, I don't think he is likely to have much open hostility to his Jewish faith and heritage.
